Gujarat Congress chief meets kin of victims

AHMEDABAD: Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee president Siddharth Patel on Sunday met relatives of the victims who died in the serial bomb blast which took place on July 26. He met them at their residence in Ghatlodia, Naroda and Bapunagar. Patel also gave cheques of Rs 1 lakh to the family members of the bomb blast victims on behalf of the Congress Party, said a press release.
On Monday, leader of the opposition in Gujarat Assembly Shaktisinh Gohil along with other Congressmen will meet relatives of Raipur blast victims in Maninagar, Isanpur and give cheques to them.
