Guj cricketer Dhruv Raval calls it a day
Ahmedabad: Gujarat’s wicketkeeper-batter Dhruv Raval has announced his retirement from all formats of cricket, a press statement from Gujarat Cricket Association (GCA) said on Tuesday. The left-handed Raval was a member of the Gujarat team that won the Ranji Trophy in 2016-17. He also played in the Gujarat team that became champions in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2014-15. He played 15 first-class matches for Gujarat and scored 807 runs at 36.68 with 116 not out being his highest score. He also played 25 List A matches for Gujarat.Raval also excelled in the domestic circuits at the junior level. He was part of the squads which won the under-19 Vinoo Mankad Trophy in 2007-08 and Col C K Nayudu Trophy in 2013-14 and 2014-15. The GCA congratulated Raval on his fantastic career.
