GHCL: Home textile biz divested

GHCL

has completed divestment of its home textile business to Indo Count Industries Limited for Rs 608.30 crore. The divestment of GHCL’s home textile business is a significant value unlocking exercise for all its stakeholders, the company said in a release. After divestment from the home textile business, the company will focus on chemical and spinning businesses.
