Ahmedabad: Satellite police on Thursday arrested four accused, including builder Yogesh Patel, for assault on another builder in connection with a feud over land at Dudheshwar. The attack had taken place on January 12.
According to Satellite police, Ashok Patel, driver of Dhiren Vora, owner of HN Safal Builders, had registered a complaint against Yogesh Patel, a director of Shayona Builders along with three others - later identified as Ganesh Chauhan, Uttamsinh Rajput and Sanjay Yadav - for assault on January 12. According to his complaint, when Vora was travelling in the car along with his CA R K Patel, Yogesh Patel and others attacked the car near SG Road.
The bone of contention was a land deal at Maheshwari Mill near Dudheshwar, said police.
