Flier arrested for harassing airhostess

Ahmedabad/Kolkata: A passenger flying from Ahmedabad to Kolkata was arrested on arrival in Kolkata for harassing an airhostess during the flight.

The IndiGo passenger, 37-year-old Nirmesh Kumar Sitapara of Gujarat's Junagarh, allegedly caught an airhostess' hand and misbehaved with her despite being warned by the cabin crew.

When he refused to listen, the pilot alerted the ATC about a "troublesome passenger on board". A CISF team detained Sitapara soon after the flight arrived and handed him to police.
