AHMEDABAD: Now, wear humour on your sleeve. Two recent graduates from Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI) launched a company dealing in humour clothing. It was done by liquor baron Vijay Mallya, who was the chief guest at the institute's convocation ceremony recently.
Now, one can let their T-shirt crack the joke. Bhushan Bawankule and Tanmay Lashkari, graduates from the institute partnered with Sandeep Paul, a graduate from National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad, who is now an established product designer in New Delhi.

The trio will take orders for T-shirts, with customised jokes, one liners, captions, graffiti and graphic.
"Emotional idiots, is what we call ourselves, thus the name Ediots'". We have launched this company that will give a reason to laugh. In the first phase of our launch, the website has been launched, where some of the T-shirt designs have been displayed. More designs that will be put up later on," said Bawankule.
"In the second phase, we will be tying up with retail stores and coffee shops where our brand will be sold. We are also planning to launch small stores and kiosks in smaller cities, where the student population is big, besides launching a range of accessories like bags, caps, belts and wallets," Bawankule added.
"I will be taking care of the online sales of the company, which is going to be the first interface we will have with our customers," said Lashkari, the technical support of the group.
"For the time being, for individual orders, one can pick from the existing designs that have been put up. The option of customising is also available, but for the time being that order will have to be in bulk," said Bawankule.
