it will be attended by gynaecologists and social workers and experts, including president of the gynaecologists association of india kamini rao. former supreme court judge p b majmudar will deliver the key note address and education minister anandiben patel will preside over the function. bhatt said the state government has set up a special cell in each district to implement prenatal diagnostic technique (pdt) act which was in force for the past couple of years. the government has taken action against one clinic in ahmedabad for violating the act but it has been stayed by a vadodara court.
