AHMEDABAD: A 19-year-old man from the Thakkarbapanagar area of the city on Sunday filed a complaint with Nikol police alleging that his immediate boss took an objection to his act of keeping hands in his pockets and attacked him later.
Chirag Parmar, a resident of Jay Ambe society in Thakkarbapanagar, said in his FIR that he has been working as a salesperson at a mall in Nikol for the past six months where the accused, Kiran Parmar, 36, a resident of New Maninagar, works as his manager.

On Saturday evening, Kiran called Chirag and asked him why he was keeping his hands in his pant pockets. To this, Chirag told him that he did not do it intentionally.
Listening to this, Kiran got angry at him and began scolding Chirag, accusing him of showing attitude to him.
“He told me that I am disrespectful to him and began abusing me,” said Chirag. He alleged that Kiran punched him on his face and started bleeding. Some people gathered there and rescued Chirag from Kiran.
