BCA student hangs self
Nilesh Patel, 20, a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) student committed suicide a day before his last exam at Ranip.
According to police, the deceased, a student of second year BCA student, was living with his mother and maternal uncle.
His worries stemmed from the fact that he had flunked in exams last year and was unhappy with his performance.
Depressed since the last few days before, Patel hung himself by a dupatta from a ceiling fan in his bedroom at 5.30 pm on Sunday.
Police suspect that the victim was unable to handle exam pressure.
