Ahmedabad: Operation Mule Hunt 2.0 launched to curb cybercrime across Gujarat

Gandhinagar: The state home department has launched Operation Mule Hunt 2.0 — a coordinated campaign against cybercrime. Deputy chief minister Harsh Sanghavi chaired a meeting of top police officers in Gandhinagar on Monday night, and officers from districts joined through video conference, an official statement said. The statement said that orders have been issued to carry out investigations into mule accounts across all districts from Tuesday.State police chief K L N Rao and other senior police officials participated in the meeting, while police commissioners from all cities and SPs of all districts attended it, the statement added.
