AHMEDABAD: Hasmukh Adhia, finance secretary, the Government of India, will deliver a talk on the Union budget and Goods and
Services Tax
(GST) at the
Ravi J Mathai
auditorium at the
Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad
(IIM-A) on Sunday.
Adhia has served in various key positions for the Gujarat government and at the Centre.
He was additional chief secretary (finance), principal secretary (education) and the principal secretary to the chief minister of Gujarat during
Narendra Modi's chief ministerial tenure.
Adhia was appointed Union financial services secretary by the
Appointments Committee of the Cabinet
