25-yr-old dies in accident near Tapovan Circle

Ahmedabad: A 25-year-old woman lost her life after a car collided with her two-wheeler from behind on the road from Tapovan Circle to Zundal on Tuesday. The incident was captured on CCTV.
According to a complaint filed at Adalaj police station, the deceased, Heena Panchal, a resident of Chandkheda, worked as an accountant at a commercial complex in Motera. She was on her way back from work as usual when, around 6pm, the car hit her motorcycle from behind.
The impact caused her to fall and suffer a serious head injury.
The car veered off the road, and its airbags deployed due to the force of the collision. CCTV footage shows the car approaching at high speed before striking the two-wheeler forcefully, causing her to be thrown to the ground. She was rushed to SMS Hospital but died during treatment. The hospital authorities informed her father and uncle of her death.
Both the car and the two-wheeler were damaged. A complaint was filed against the car driver for speeding and negligent driving causing death. tnn
