232 MD, MS seats still vacant in Gujarat after Round 3

Ahmedabad: The Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Educational Courses, Govt of Gujarat, announced the fourth online stray vacancy round for admission to first-year MD, MS and diploma courses for the 2025-26 academic year from Friday. After Round 3, 232 seats remain available, including 197 vacant seats and 35 non-reported seats. Eligible candidates seeking admission to govt and self-financed medical colleges under govt, management and NRI quota seats can participate in this round. Applicants must have qualified in NEET-PG 2025 and be eligible under the criteria prescribed by the council concerned and Gujarat state admission rules.
The committee has clarified that candidates who did not register for Rounds 1, 2 and 3, those allotted a seat in Round 2 but did not confirm their admission and exited with forfeiture of the refundable security deposit; and those who did not complete fresh registration in Round 3 are eligible to apply. Candidates can purchase the online PIN for registration on www.medadmgujarat.org till Friday 5pm. Online registration and document upload will remain open until 10pm on Friday. Document verification and submission of certificate copies at the help centre will take place from 10am till Saturday, 12 noon.
