Suffering from prolong illness, man commits suicide in Etah

AGRA: A 35-year-old man suffering from prolong illness allegedly shot himself to death in Etah.
Identified as Dev Singh, resident of Nagla Khaghal, Jaitra police jurisdiction, the victim was suffering with kidney failure. According to police, he used country-made pistol to shoot himself near left kidney.
Deceased victim was father of three daughters.
Speaking to TOI, Jitendra Bhadoria, station house officer of Jaitra said, “The victim shot himself on Tuesday late night at around 10pm, after which he was rushed to local hospital, where he was declared dead.”
Bhadoria said, “We are yet to recover the weapon used in the incident.

A written complaint received from his wife Sangeeta, read that, Dev was suffering from prolong illness and was in depression.”
After the incident, the victim’s body was sent for autopsy.
