The deceased woman has been identified as Parveen Khatoon (25), whose Aadhar card confirms that she is a resident of Talivalan, Anand Parvat in central Delhi. Speaking to TOI, Ramesh Bhardwaj, station house officer of Jagdispura, said, “We found two Aadhar cards of her husband with two completely different identities. In one card he is named Imran Khan, a resident of central Delhi, while in the other card he is named Dinesh Kumar, a resident of Madhubani, Bihar. He wasn’t in the house when the police arrived.”
“We have sent the woman’s body for postmortem. Their landlord, Rakesh Saxena, is taking care of her three children. Once the autopsy report confirms the cause of death, we will lodge an FIR into the case. Right now our team is looking for the deceased’s husband so that he can be questioned about the sequence of events leading to her death,” added the SHO.
