13-year-old girl raped by 3, two arrested
AGRA: A 13-year-old girl was allegedly kidnapped and raped by three men near her school on March 15. Two of the accused were arrested on Monday, police said.
The girl, a class 8 student, managed to escape from the hotel on the evening of March 17.
On Monday, the girl, along with her parents, went to the police station and filed a complaint. An FIR was registered against three men under IPC section 376 D (gangrape) and provisions of the POCSO Act.
Police said that Tinku Gupta and Pramod Gupta were arrested and a search is underway to nab the third accused.
