NEC meet in Agartala postponed

Agartala: The ministry of development of Northeast Region (DoNER) has postponed the upcoming plenary session of the North Eastern Council, which was originally scheduled to take place from Aug 30 to Sept 1 in Agartala, due to the severe flood situation in the region. The state govt had made extensive preparations and all departments were instructed to prepare for the deliberations according to the agenda.tnn
