NO ACCOUNTABILITY: The public and the BBMP are equally responsible for the growing mess around

, Outer Ring Road. Garbage and construction debris are regularly dumped in this area. The fence around the lake too has broken. Such irresponsible acts need to be dealt with strictly. The waterbody is in the midst of many IT parks and thousands of people reside in its vicinity. Yet the apathy is apalling.
