Rape Sexual Assault and Harassment

Writer and Director Vinita Nanda has accused Alok Nath of Raping her in the 1990s while actors Navneet Nishan and Sandhya Mridul have accused him of sexual harrasement. Alok Nath has filed a defamation case against Vinta Nanda, who had accused him of rape.
His Defence

On 13th October, through his wife, Nath filed a defamation case against Vinita Nanda. Earlier, he said it was useless to react to the allegations “as in today’s world whatever a woman says, only that will be considered and in such a condition, it would be wrong to say anything”
