ToneTag, the leading provider of voice-based commerce and payments solutions in India, has partnered with major financial institutions, such as NPCI, SBI, IDFC First Bank, ICICI Bank, and others, to facilitate the acceptance of all UPI payments. Additionally, the company has recently introduced the RBI-supported CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) on its latest device, RetailPod 2.0.

It is capable of accepting all types of payments, including UPI payments with interoperable QR codes, voice-based UPI 123 payments, card or wallet payments, and E-rupee. The device provides instant audio and visual confirmation of payment acceptance, making it simple for merchants to monitor their transactions and prevent fraudulent activity.
