Safety and tax-free environment attract investors to Dubai
DUBAI: Marc Walters, the Managing Director of the Allsopp & Allsopp Group, one of Dubai’s leading real estate agencies, informed that safety, opportunities, and cleanliness are the main three factors driving people from India and other countries to invest in Dubai.
During a media interaction, he pointed out that many nationals from other countries are finding Dubai to be their favourite destination. It offers a safe life and also helps you contribute to its growth. A tax-free environment is another reason for many to come here. The Dubai govt has also relaxed some rules for outsiders to come and stay in Dubai. Thousands of people and international developers are coming to Dubai to develop new properties.
He said secondary marketing, buying, and selling property is their strength, and they dominate the majority of the whole of Dubai. "We offer services to find the perfect home or investment, off-plan, commercial property, private office, investing, property management, and others."
The Nest Property:
Allsopp & Allsopp Group is now dealing with the property, The Nest, in Al Barari. Charlie King, Partner, said that The Nest, Amaia Villa, is a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom property; a hidden jewel within Al Barari. The perfect space for entertaining and relaxing, the downstairs comprises a formal and informal living area, both looking onto the serene garden and pool.
A sleek kitchen is fitted with the highest quality appliances. A state-of-the-art gym is another space to unwind. The built-up area is 10,952.91 sq. ft while the combined plot size is 14,652 sq. ft. Two private roof terraces are an added bonus, where you will also find views across your waterway from your sauna, ice bath, and Jacuzzi, he said. The property features a balcony, private garden, private pool, view of water, and communal gardens, he said.
