BENGALURU: NYSE-listed WNS Holdings has acquired Kipi.ai in a deal valued between $75 million and $100 million, sources told TOI. US-based Kipi.ai, incubated at Seroda Ventures, was founded in 2021. It’s a Snowflake elite partner, bringing one of the largest Snowflake talent pools to WNS, with approximately 600 certified professionals globally. Seroda Ventures is a growth equity investment firm partnering with disruptors in the IT professional services space. Kipi provides strategy, execution, and managed service capabilities across data engineering, advanced analytics, and data science, with a presence in banking, financial services, insurance, manufacturing/retail, high-tech, and healthcare & life sciences.
Kipi.ai created over 250 proprietary accelerators, enablers, applications, and solutions leveraging AI, ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics. Kipi has over 600 employees globally including over 450 data engineers, solutions architects, data scientists, and business analysts.
WNS said Kipi is expected to contribute approximately 2% to WNS’ revenue, less repair payments, and to be neutral to adjusted diluted earnings per share in the 2026 fiscal year. Revenue less repair payments is a non-GAAP financial measure that is calculated as revenue less, in its BFSI segment, payments to repair centres for “fault” repair cases where WNS acts as the principal in its dealings with the third-party repair centres and its clients.
Kipi.ai’s acquisition is expected to accelerate WNS’ analytics and AI practice that drives decision intelligence across industries. “We believe that Kipi’s market-differentiated data modernization capabilities and talented team are an excellent fit for WNS.
