Bluesky associates win top prize at Accenture B-School Challenge 2024
Accenture conducted the eighth installment of its B-School Challenge, that centred around 'Reinvention in the Age of Gen AI.' The competition aimed to empower the next generation of consultants to reinvent businesses and drive growth. Bluesky Associates from the Indian School of Business clinched the top prize.
Team Breaking Bad from IIM Bangalore named 1st runners-up
A record number of 11,000 students participated in this year’s challenge from across top business schools in India, including IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Indore, IIM Udaipur and Indian School of Business. Team Breaking Bad from IIM Bangalore was declared as 1st runner-up.
Team Doctors from FMS Delhi named the 2nd runners-up.
The challenge lasted two months during which the students went through four rounds of intensive evaluation. The 2nd runner-up was Team Doctors from FMS Delhi.
IIM Lucknow's team Elevate wins special jury award
The first round of the Accenture B-School Challenge 2024 was a rapid fire quiz, followed by a round of interactive online simulation. In the third round, the students presented solutions for specific business challenges. Team Elevate from IIM Lucknow won a special jury award.

After the first three rounds, the top eight finalist teams were mentored by Accenture leaders in preparation for the final round, where they presented their business strategy to the jury.

The top three teams from each of the 16 business schools that were participants got the opportunity to do pre-placement interviews with Accenture. In addition, the top three winning teams were awarded cash prizes worth INR 10 lakh.
