The United States of America or the US has the highest gold reserves in the world. According to the latest World Gold Council data for Q3 of 2024, the US had 8,133.46 tonnes in gold reserves, making it rank first in the list of the top 10 countries with most gold reserves. Germany ranks second in the list of the top 10 countries with highest gold reserves in 2024. As per the latest WGC data for the third quarter of 2024, Germany held a total of 3,351.53 tonnes in gold reserves. (AI image)
