Taj Mahal Hotel launches 1 & 2 bedroom residences

NEW DELHI: Tata Group’s

Taj Mahal hotel

in central Delhi has launched one and two bedroom luxury residences with contemporary facilities and personalised services.


“These 14 luxury residences offer one and two bedroom fully serviced residences featuring living and dining spaces… fully equipped kitchens,” Taj said in a statement.

had decided to convert some room floors into residences — a need, the group felt, that arose during the pandemic for giving long term guests a sense of safety in terms of following heightened sanitation and disinfection protocols.

Taj Mahal GM Satyajeet Krishnan said these residences “offer sophisticated and attentively designed living facilities, expansive and stylish spaces to unwind or work and are the perfect choice for an extended stay in the city… We look forward to welcoming guests to another reimagined experience and a home in the heart of the capital.”

. State of the art air purification technologies, providing an environment of heightened safety and hygiene protocols, are present throughout the hotel,” the statement added.

The hotel has been undergoing an extensive renovation. So far, renovated Machan, Emperor Lounge, lobby, suites and rooms and The Chambers have been opened. Now work is on in other areas like House of Ming.
