Sunil Mittal new VC of ICC
Sunil Bharti Mittal, chairman and group CEO of Bharti Enterprises, has been appointed as the vice chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
NEW DELHI: Sunil Bharti Mittal, chairman and group CEO of Bharti Enterprises, has been appointed as the vice chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
He becomes the third person from India Inc to be appointed to this position. The past chairmen of ICC from India were late Hari Shankar Singhania (1993-1994), and late Bharat Ram (1969-1971), who was also the first Indian to be appointed as the chairman of the ICC executive board.
