S&P Global opens office in Bengaluru
BENGALURU: S&P Global India has opened its new office in Bengaluru, strengthening its operations in India and fostering technology and innovation.
The office, situated in a prominent technology and innovation hub, spans 33,000 square feet and features meeting rooms, standing desks, and boardrooms that can be easily reconfigured for training sessions.
It also includes lounge areas, breakout rooms, a balcony where people can work in the fresh air, a cafeteria with a small event space, and a unique “Campfire” area that serves as both a collaborative workspace and a recreational zone.
Emphasizing its People Forward philosophy, the office is thoughtfully designed to foster collaboration and efficiency and is equipped with advanced audio-visual technology, providing an ideal environment for people to thrive and deliver exceptional value.
With a strong focus on employee wellness, the workspace includes a “Wellness Path” for ‘walk and talk’ meetings or simply for walking, strategically placed stationary cycling stations, a mother’s room, a medical room and a multi-faith room. In addition, S&P Global will provide a range of healthy dining options that prioritise employee health and wellbeing.

The walking path is adorned with artistic and eco-friendly Channapatna (a small town in Karnataka) toys, aimed at supporting the challenges faced by dwindling artisans and revitalizing the craft. The meeting rooms are named after some of the most vibrant streets in Bengaluru to further highlight the city.
