NEW DELHI: State Bank of India (SBI) credit card users can check their balance along with features like reward points, cash limit and other benefits on the lender's dedicated portal (https://www.sbicard.com/). Apart from this, users can also check their balance via customer service, internet banking, sending SMS and mobile app.
How to check balance via online banking:* Existing SBI users can login to https://www.sbicard.com/
* Enter username/ID and password
Once logged in, you can get the account information related to your credit card which includes outstanding balance on the card, credit limit, cash limit and other details about previous payment.
Check SBI credit card balance via SMS:To avail this facility, users need to register their mobile numbers with the bank. They can use SBI's ‘Simply SMS’ service that allows credit card users to check know their card balance by sending an SMS.
* SMS BAL <last four digits of the credit card number> to 5676791
* Information that you can receive instantly using 'Simply SMS', include: balance enquiry, available credit, cash limit, block lost or stolen cards, last payment status, reward points summary, subscribe to e-statements and request for duplicate statement.
Check balance via mobile app:* Launch the 'SBI Card app' app on your smartphone
* Enter the username/ID and password to login
* Once you enter the correct credentials, users will be able to view their card details
