Rejig: Tata Sons acquires Kolkata Ginger hotel developer from IHCL
MUMBAI: Tata Sons, the Tata Group holding company, has acquired Leanluxe Hospitality, which is developing a Ginger hotel in Kolkata, from Indian Hotels.
The move indicates Tata Sons is increasingly making direct investments in business ventures, as seen through its involvement in Air India, Tejas Networks, Tata Electronics and Agratas Energy Storage Solutions.
