Re Sustainability acquires Singapore's G3 Environmental

HYDERABAD: Re Sustainability International (Singapore), a subsidiary of Hyderabad-based environmental and sustainability services provider Re Sustainability Limited, has acquired Singapore-based industrial and commercial waste management company G3 Environmental Pvt Ltd.Though the company did not disclose the deal size, it said the acquisition will help it expand its suite of environment management solutions across the Asia region.G3 Environmental’s businesses include Tee Environmental, Tee Recycling, and Envotek Engineering that have been operational in Singapore over two decades."G3 Environmental also widely respected for its management team, which brings over 100 years of combined experience in the waste management industry," Re Sustainability said.“The G3 Environmental team’s deep operational knowledge and expertise will seamlessly integrate with Re Sustainability’s existing capabilities, enhancing its offerings in waste management, recycling, sustainability engineering and infra solutions, as well as cleaning and disinfection,” it added.Re Sustainability managing director & CEO Masood Mallick said the acquisition will strengthen the company’s footprint in the waste management and recycling space in Asia.
