PepsiCo Inc. has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ending December 28, 2024, showing varied performance across regions. In AMESA, convenient foods unit volume grew by 2%, supported by mid-single-digit growth in South Africa and double-digit growth in India. These increases were offset by double-digit declines in the Middle East and Pakistan. Beverage unit volume in the region increased by 1%, with India’s strong growth balancing declines in Nigeria, Pakistan, and the Middle East. Globally, India was among a few markets, including Egypt, Poland, and Turkey, that recorded double-digit organic revenue growth. Meanwhile, South Africa, Brazil, and Thailand saw high-single-digit growth, and Mexico, Colombia, Vietnam, the U.K., and the Philippines posted mid-single-digit gains.

PepsiCo also reported market share gains in snacks across India, China, Brazil, and Australia, and in beverages across markets including the U.K., Germany, and South Korea. Despite strong performances in select markets, economic conditions in parts of the Middle East and Africa weighed on overall results.
