Paisabazaar, a credit marketplace and free credit score platform, has launched its first physical retail outlet in Gurugram. The company has plans to establish 100 retail locations across major metropolitan areas including Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and other major cities throughout India. In the coming weeks, two additional stores are scheduled to open in Delhi and Noida.These stores aim to provide customers with individualised assistance in selecting suitable financial products and optimal offers across various categories including business loans, personal loans, home loans and credit cards. According to Paisabazaar, specialists will be available to guide customers in improving their credit profiles. The physical stores are designed with an aim to assist individuals who are less tech-savvy in accessing credit facilities, enabling them to make well-informed decisions regarding their credit requirements.At the launch, Santosh Agarwal, CEO, Paisabazaar, said, "The retail store is a new business model for us. This is also a natural extension of our vision of making credit accessible to all Indians in the most transparent way.
