MUMBAI: Mahindra & Mahindra launched Bolero Power+ on Wednesday, priced from Rs 7.85 lakh to Rs 8.86 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) with a host of new features amid the festival season.
Only 1,000 units of the special edition of its utility vehicle will be available. Visually, Bolero Power+ comes with features such as front bumper add-on fog lamps, spoiler with stop lamp, among others.
The flagship UV was recently upgraded with safety features such as airbag, anti-lock braking system (ABS), the company said adding it also meets crash compliance which comprises full frontal crash, offset the frontal and side- impact as applicable for crash norms from October 1.
Under the skin, the car remains unchanged. The vehicle is powered by the 1.5-litre mHawkD70 diesel engine tuned to deliver 70 bhp and 195 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The BS-VI-compliant model will be launched in early 2020.
