Leela Hotels profit zooms 162% to Rs 148 cr in Q3 FY26
NEW DELHI: Riding high on Indian travel boom, Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts Ltd has reported its highest ever quarterly revenue at Rs 457.4 crore in the Oct-Dec 2025 period — which was its fifth consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue per available room (RevPAR) and EBITDA growth.
Leela Hotels whole-time director & CEO Anuraag Bhatnagar said: “We delivered our best-ever quarterly performance in Q3 FY26 with total operating revenue growing 21% to Rs 457.4 crore reaffirming our unique luxury positioning and ability to command pricing power, substantially outpacing India’s luxury industry by nearly 2.7 times on a year-to-date basis. We also advanced our strategy of disciplined, capital-efficient growth by signing a management agreement for The Leela Jaisalmer and our first international strategic investment in Dubai.”
The company Q3 operating revenue grew 21% year-on-year to Rs 457.4 crore and profit after tax (PAT) rose 162% to Rs 147.9 crore, marking its best ever quarterly performance. RevPAR grew 20% to Rs 21,551.
The Leela currently operates 14 properties with 4,090 keys across 12 cities in India, including six owned, seven managed, and one franchised hotel. Nine hotels are in the pipeline. As of now, the company says it's “on track to expand to 23 properties over the next three years in high-growth markets including Agra, Ayodhya, Bandhavgarh, Mumbai, Ranthambore, Sikkim, Srinagar and Jaisalmer.”
Leela has secured management contract for a 80-key luxury hotel in Jaisalmer which is scheduled to become operational by mid-FY27. Backed by the Brookfield Group, The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts is India’s largest institutionally owned and managed pure-play luxury hospitality brand.
