NEW DELHI: It was one more occasion to celebrate the success of a first-of-its kind loyalty programme in India --- the Ansal Plaza Privileges special customer loyalty service designed by netcarrots.com.
Pankaj Agarwal was declared the winner of a Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle as a result of a lucky draw that all members of the loyalty service were eligible.

The keys of the bike were handed over to Pankaj by Rajesh Sawhney, Chief Operating Officer of Times Internet Limited, at the Plaza.
``Indiatimes believes in celebration of life and empowerment of consumer. This initiative of our affiliate firm netcarrots brings joys and fulfillment in the lives of millions of shoppers,’’ said Sawhney.
``It enables the shoppers to have a seamless shopping and redemption experience not from just the premiere mega-mall of the city but the finest online mall in the country at indiatimes,’’ he added.
Ansal Plaza Privileges, a special customer loyalty programme aims at providing a wide range of long-term benefits to its loyal patrons.
The programme involves rewarding customers regularly for buying or using products or services from a basket of established brands.

The customer can earn privilege points by buying products of a Netcarrots.com affiliate shop and exchange the points for any product at another affiliate shop.
To add more excitement to the experience, programme members also get the opportunity to participate in a monthly lucky draw where Bajaj Auto is offering its latest Pulsar motorcycle as the bumper prize.
And finally, the programme also offers programme members the privilege of personalised invitation to special Ansal Plaza events. The annual membership fee is Rs 249.
Speaking on the initiative, Praphul Misra, CEO of Netcarrots Loyalty Services, said, "Even though a few retailers have been running some form of loyalty programme, this is the first time they will be participating in an organised, professionally managed, large format, rewards programme."
``The service which has been on offer for more than two months now has 1,200 patrons and our plan is now to extend the service through various malls all over the country,’’ he added.
The Ansal Plaza Privileges campaign comes in wake of other successful united customer loyalty programme conducted by Netcarrots.com for industry leaders like Planet M, Domino’s, NetVarsity, LG Electronics, Samsung, and Electrolux.
