HSBC Premier launches new service at Mumbai airport! Enjoy hassle-free travel experience with their concierge*; check all benefits
In case you have an HSBC Premier account, then there are a host of benefits that you stand to gain on travel and luxury lifestyle benefits. HSBC has launched a new service for its HSBC Premier customers at the Mumbai airport. HSBC Premier is offering six complimentary (Four domestic & Two international airport assist services). This new scheme, which is aimed at hassle free travel, is available till June 30, 2024 at Terminal 2 of Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
Some of the key features and benefits of the service are:
At departure:
● Meet at the drop-off zone
● Baggage assistance until security and immigration check
● Escort to the Lounge
● Avail a buggy (subject to availability) and escort to the departure gate
On arrival:
● Receiving customers in the terminal with placard
● Baggage assistance at baggage claim area
● Escorting to parking area
● Loading baggage into the vehicle
To book the airport assistance service, HSBC Premier card holders can contact the global concierge desk at 1800 210 0291 (Toll Free) or 022 42320291 and select Option 2 on the IVR. It is advisable to book for the service at least 24 hours prior for domestic flights and 48 hours for international flights.
