HDFC ups stake in life insurance venture
NEW DELHI: Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd on Monday announced that it has invested an additional amount of Rs 30.52 crore in the equity capital of its subsidiary HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd.

With this fresh investment, the share holding of the HDFC in the venture has increased from to 74.82 per cent.
The company previously owned 73.69 per cent of the paid-up equity capital of the life insurance arm.
