Among them are Thadi Ram Kumar Reddy (TRK Reddy) and Dasari Sandhya Sree—family friends for over 30 years, and pioneers in their respective fields of construction and design. Their enduring friendship and shared values have laid the foundation for a new chapter in Hyderabad’s development. That legacy now continues through Simchah Estates, a new-generation construction company led by Dasari Tejo Ananth, son of Sandhya Sree, and Thadi Snigdha, daughter of TRK Reddy—two young visionaries united by trust, heritage, and a shared dream to build with purpose.
From Bureaucracy to Brickwork
TRK Reddy began his professional journey in the Customs Department, Ministry of Finance, and after a decade of government service, opted for Voluntary Retirement in 2002. With an MBA from Andhra University, he transitioned into the private sector—first through hospitality with his Celebrations chain, and soon after, into construction with a series of landmark projects that defined his second innings.
His work in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam under Sri Ram Homes and later with the Lansum Group set new benchmarks in residential construction. Projects like Lansum Etania—a high-end, high-rise gated community with 552 apartments spread across 2 million sq. ft.—remain icons of modern urban planning. Other projects such as Swathi, Uttara, Parnasala, and Samskruthi reflect his deep understanding of urban needs and long-term sustainability. His approach was simple: build homes that last, enhance communities, and uphold integrity—a principle that became his hallmark.
Sandhya Sree: A Visionary in Green Design
In the story of TRK Reddy stands a long-time family friend and creative force—Dasari Sandhya Sree. A pioneering architect and landscape designer, she has played a pivotal role in shaping Hyderabad’s green lungs and civic spaces. With a B.Arch from JNAFAU, Hyderabad, and a Gold Medal in M.Arch (Landscape) from SPA, New Delhi, she has spent over three decades blending structure with serenity.
Inspired by her early years in Edinburgh, Scotland, she brought a sensitive, sustainable approach to design leadership at Frontiers Infra, Frontiers Design Syndicate, and Sumanjali Landscapes. Her imprint spans over 200 projects—many in collaboration with the government—including Lotus Pond, Japanese Garden, Krishnakant Park, Indira Park, and HUDA green belts in AS Rao Nagar, Keesaragutta, and Patelkunta. Even in dense urban areas, her designs have created pockets of peace and breathing spaces—bringing nature into the heart of the city. What sets her apart is not just technical brilliance, but emotional intelligence—designing with empathy as much as expertise.

Simchah: A New Chapter Rooted in Legacy
In 2021, the next chapter began with the founding of Simchah Estates Pvt. Ltd, established by Dasari Tejo Ananth and Thadi Snigdha to carry forward the shared vision and timeless values of TRK Reddy and Dasari Sandhya Sree. Tejo brings sharp business acumen and diverse cross-sector experience, while Snigdha contributes a strong architectural foundation and project execution skills, shaped under the mentorship of both TRK Reddy and Sandhya Sree.
The name Simchah, meaning “joy,” reflects what they seek to build—not just homes, but spaces that uplift lives. This next generation is not merely continuing a legacy; they are reshaping it for a new era with purpose, creativity, and heart.
Their flagship project, Acasa in Kokapet, is a bold statement of that vision. A single tower rising 35 floors high with 102 thoughtfully designed homes, it blends contemporary luxury with sustainable architecture. Acasa reflects the values inherited over the past 50 years from TRK Reddy’s construction legacy and draws deeply from Sandhya Sree’s design lineage along with her father Dr. V. Malakonda Reddy, the lineage began in 1974, when her father, , built one of Hyderabad’s first apartment buildings Nandanam apartments in Abids—a landmark moment that ushered in the age of vertical living in the city. Today, Acasa carries forward that pioneering spirit, built on legacy and envisioned for the future.

Though Simchah represents a generational evolution, the guiding force of TRK Reddy and Sandhya Sree remains central.
