Govt completes FSNL’s privatisation

NEW DELHI: The privatisation of FSNL, a subsidiary of MSTC, was completed on Tuesday with the transfer of 100% shares to Japan’s Konoike Transport Company along with management control, a govt official said. “A new board led by the strategic partner takes charge of FSNL,” said Dipam secretary on X.
