Elan Group issues ₹1,000 crore LoI to Leighton Asia for Elan The Mark project, Sec-106, Gurugram

Elan Group has issued a Letter of Intent worth ₹1,000 crore to Leighton India, part of the CIMIC Group, for the construction of Elan The Mark located in Sector 106 along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram.Elan The Mark is part of Elan Group’s landmark 50+ acre integrated township. This large, premium development brings together retail, residential and hospitality spaces in one planned ecosystem. It is designed as a next-generation hub for luxury living, featuring a high-end mall, high-street retail, Grade A office spaces, a five-star hotel, and branded residences.The construction contract for ‘Elan The Mark’ covers nearly 5.5 million sq.ft. (which includes current and future phases, to be developed over a period of time) of built-up area and includes comprehensive civil structure works. The project has been planned with inputs from a range of international design and engineering firms. Architectural design has been led by Benoy (London), while landscape planning has been undertaken by SWA (California). WET Design (California) is responsible for the water features, and Meinhardt Façade Technology (Singapore) is advising on the building envelope. Structural design is being led by LERA (New York), with Thornton Tomasetti (New York) contributing engineering expertise. Vertical transportation and building systems are being handled by Lerch Bates (USA), while RWDI (Canada) is advising on wind, acoustics and microclimate performance.
