NEW DELHI: The Delhi high court on Friday sought the stand of jailed former Union finance minister P Chidambaram and his son Karti on the Enforcement Directorate's (ED's) plea challenging the anticipatory bail granted to them in the Aircel-Maxis case.


Justice Suresh Kait issued notices to Chidambaram and Karti on the probe agency's petition, seeking cancellation of their anticipatory bail, and gave them time till November 29 to respond. On that day, other petitions filed by the CBI and the ED, challenging the trial court's order discharging former telecom minister
