DreamFolks IPO fully subscribed on Day 1

Mumbai: The initial public offer (IPO) for airport services company DreamFolks was subscribed nearly two times on its first day. According to BSE data, the retail investor part was subscribed nearly eight times while the part reserved for non-institutional investors, also called high net worth individuals (HNIs), was subscribed 1.4 times.

The IPO portion reserved for institutional investors was subscribed 25%. Usually in most IPOs, bids by institutional investors come on the last day of the offer.

On Tuesday, DreamFolks raised nearly Rs 253 crore through the anchor allotment route by placing the shares with 18 institutional investors. The price band for the Rs 562-crore IPO has been fixed at Rs 308 to Rs 326 per share.
