DDA vice-chairman: Only a few homes being launched below Rs 30 lakh

For end-users, the price becomes very important from the affordability point of view. Only a few developers are now launching units in the lower price category of Rs 20-30 lakh and very few are launching flats for Rs 10 lakh or less than that,” says Kapoor.

It also launched a single window online portal on February 5, 2019 for inviting registrations under the land pooling policy.
