HYDERABAD: A local court on Thursday issued a production warrant against former Satyam Computer chairman Ramalinga
Raju to produce him before it on December 30, in a case filed by Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), the investigation arm of the Union corporate affairs ministry.
Raju is among the 11 former directors of erstwhile Satyam Computers against whom the SFIO has filed seven complaints for alleged violations under different sections of the Companies Act of 1956.
Subsequently, the Special Court for Economic Offences had issued summons on Raju, Satyam's former managing director B Rama Raju and its ex-CFO Vadlamani Srinivas for examination of them on Thursday.
