Bid process for 10GWh advanced chemistry cell production likely soon
NEW DELHI: The ministry of heavy industries is likely to start the bidding process for 10 gigawatt-hour (GWh) capacity advanced chemistry cell (ACC) battery storage production soon, as the govt looks to wrap up projects up to 50 kWh capacity under the Rs 18,100 crore PLI scheme. The first two rounds had seen projects worth 40GWh being awarded to ACC Energy Storage, Ola Cell Tech, Reliance New Energy Battery Storage, and Reliance Industries. tnn
