Assassin's Creed company sets up new unit
Ubisoft Entertainment will carve out a unit including Assassin's Creed and Far Cry into a subsidiary with an enterprise value of about $4.3 billion. Tencent will invest 1.2 billion euros to acquire a 25% stake in the new entity.
