Air India Express expands network! Airline announces direct flights between Bengaluru–Bangkok - check key details

NEW DELHI: Air India Express has announced the launch of daily non-stop flights between Bengaluru and Bangkok starting October 18, 2025, further boosting its international network.The new service will provide convenient connectivity for travellers from Bengaluru and nearby regions to Thailand, a popular holiday destination, just ahead of the festive and tourist season.To mark the launch, the airline is offering special introductory Xpress Value fares starting at Rs 16,800 for a round trip. One-way fares are priced at Rs 9,000 from Bengaluru to Bangkok and Rs 8,850 from Bangkok to Bengaluru. Bookings are now open across the airline’s website, mobile app, and major travel portals. The airline already operate direct flights to Bangkok from Lucknow, Pune, Surat, and now Bengaluru, besides flights from Hyderabad to Phuket.Bengaluru is Air India Express’ largest domestic hub, with over 440 weekly flights connecting 30 Indian cities and four international destinations. The airline recently added new domestic routes from Bengaluru to Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, and Dehradun, further widening connectivity.Air India Express also offers one-stop connections from Bengaluru to six more Indian cities and 13 international destinations, including Dubai, Singapore, Doha, Muscat, Kuwait, Riyadh, and Sharjah.The airline said the new Bengaluru–Bangkok service reaffirms its focus on expanding direct connectivity from southern India to major leisure and business destinations across Asia and the Middle East.(With inputs from ANI)
