1,500cr for CleanMax in pre-IPO round

MUMBAI: CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions, one of the leading players in India's renewable energy sector with specialisation in the solar rooftop segment, has raised Rs 1,500-crore from a host of global and domestic investors including Temasek Holdings of Singapore and Bain Capital through its pre-IPO round.

The company is looking to raise about Rs 5,200 crore through the IPO for which it has received the Sebi nod. The placement was priced at Rs 1,053 per share. The offer is expected to open over the next few weeks. The company did not respond to TOI's query about its pre-IPO placement round.
