" The theme''s gonna be Indian," she says pointing at her nose stud and the mehendi that adorns her hands.
"I have collected so many bindis and shopped so much for my friends there," she adds.

Bunton was in town for 10 days as part of an exchange programme during which she got a taste of celebrity life here. And her brief stint has only left her wanting for more. "It was a great experience this time as compared to my last visit here," she says, "All the more so because it was Diwali time. In fact, I went to the beach to burst crackers." But what has her really excited is her brush with Bollywood where she danced to its tunes. "I did a song sequence for a Hindi movie starring Dimple Kapadia and Soha Ali Khan," she says, adding, "I simply loved it, especially the clothes and the make-up."

The encounter with Bollywood has only fuelled her desire for acting. "I have acted in the serial Eastenders earlier and also in a couple of movies. Now, I am really keen to do dramas." This, however, doesn''t imply that her singing career is going to take a backseat. "I feel very flattered that my albums have done well and I shall continue singing no matter what," she says. As for the Spice Girls coming back together there seems to be little hope. "We meet often but never really discussed this issue. All we do is indulge in girlie talk!" she says.

On the personal front though, things haven''t been all that well. Doctors have diagnosed the 28-year-old Emma with endometriosis, a womb problem which means it will be difficult for her to conceive. "I am suffering from a complication which would make it difficult for me to have a baby. But a lot of people with a similar condition have become mothers, so I am hopeful. It is very important for me to have a family, but as of now,

I am content having fun and enjoying myself," she signs off.
