Actress and fitness enthusiast
Saiyami Kher turned her recent Roman getaway into a memorable fitness feat by participating in the Rome 2025 Half Marathon. Known for her love of endurance sports, Saiyami combined her vacation with family and her passion for running, exploring the Eternal City one stride at a time.
During her stay in Rome with her parents and sister, the actor made the most of the city’s iconic landmarks — from the Spanish Steps to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum — while covering the 21-kilometre route.
Reflecting on the experience, Saiyami shared, “The best way to see a city is on foot… running through its streets and feeling its energy. Rome has to be one of the prettiest runs I’ve ever done. There were moments I forgot I was racing — I was just grinning and soaking it all in.”
Having earlier participated in Ironman triathlons and several long-distance runs, Saiyami continues to advocate for a balanced lifestyle that blends fitness, travel, and family. Her Roman run not only added another milestone to her fitness journey but also reaffirmed her belief that wellness can be pursued anywhere in the world.
